Yacht Club & Marina
In the heart of Belgrade, on the riverbanks of Sava, Belgrade Waterfront Marina is coming to life – a new city landmark and a premier meeting point for boat owners.
Inspired by the world’s most prestigious marinas, it features a contemporary Yacht Club, an open-air riverside pool, relaxation areas, and a premium gastronomic experience.
THE NEW OPERA HOUSE
The transformation of Hall 1 into an opera house creates a new cultural district dedicated to performing arts and large-scale productions, with a central square as an outdoor meeting place.
The neighborhood will be connected by a spacious tree-lined avenue and pedestrian zones, while an underground garage is planned in front of Hall 1 to preserve open space for events and social gatherings.
BELGRADE EYE & PROMENADES
Belgrade Waterfront Marina extends the Sava Promenada, creating a continuous riverside walkway 4.2 kilometers long, from the ``25. maj`` sports centre to Ada Ciganlija.
The area will be enriched with new parks, tree-lined avenues, and rest areas, while the ``Belgrade Eye`` panoramic wheel on the New Belgrade bank will become a new attraction and symbol of this part of the city.
AN IMPRESSIVE TOWER
Near the marina, an impressive tower of around 120 metres will be built, becoming a new city landmark alongside Kula Belgrade. This mixed-use building further emphasizes the modern character and distinctive skyline of the neighbourhood, combining contemporary architecture, public spaces, and the natural surroundings.
